I purchased this aspire 5738Z-4372 on 13 July 2009 I read all the instructions,Followed exactly and started it up. all was well until I tried to Make My Backup Discs. After SIX Spoiled DVD’s I gave Up I even tried a sony ex Drive Still NoGo I Then Tried the acer Web Site. How Any one could Generate a site like THAT!!! Then they told me my serial # was Wrong. Then I could not find My model # Listed. No TELEPHONE CONTACT # No street Address!!
I have BEEN DISGUSTED BY THIS OPERATION. SO With the other problem of Being Excluded The from Windows7 Upgrade I SHALL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN FROM “ACER” N0CZ
