Sony VAIO VGN-AR840E 17″ Laptop (2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 Processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium) Black, I feel cheated with the product I bought, one of the main reason is the performance of the system, a computer powered by the Nvidia GeForce 8600M graphics card Video, should not behave the way this one does. I use design programs such as Autodesk Architectural Desktop and 3ds Max and I feel very disappointed with the performance I have got with 4 GB of RAM. Another thing is that the finish of the product is not for a $1500 USD PC, the front part of it, by one month of usage, is presenting several scratches and in the frontal panel, where is placed the slot for the memory stick and the wireless switch button, got most of the black paint away… I feel I got a refurbished computer instead of a new one. Plus I could not do anything because by the time I got the PC here in Dominican Republic, it was too late for refunding it back to Amazon… -1 star
