Sony VAIO VGN-CS115J/Q 14.1-Inch Laptop Review from Nitin Mukesh NM. Good Economic laptop of sony vaio series , I have a headache earlier on with the laptop.As the lap arrived,i tried to boot the system but it got stucked on windows processing screen.So there was some problem with the installation of OS, but thanks to sony customer support i could find the hidden partition of recovery to reinstall the OS and now its working fine.
But still i will recommend sony to please provide Recovery discs with laptop itself so that in any case the buyer might not face any problem.
In use i have faced just one more problem till now.
During use (till now)the laptop got freezed twice and i had to push the power button to get it out of that deadlock,but i think that was courtsey of MS Window vista rather than sony vaio.
Otherwise the system truely rocks!!!
The sound is truley dolby & much better relative to Dell Inspiron or any other lap i have used till now.
4 gb pre-installed RAM really helps as it never let me feel that i am using MS Vista OS in terms of response time.
Screen is really good as from any angle the view is much better relative to other laps in the same cost range.
Finally My Recommendation : Go for this vaio, if you can’t afford any higher range(price) vaios.Had i not faced problem earlier on i would have given it 5 star rating rather than 4 star rating.
