It’s true. They will say anything that sounds peachy, delivery dates, custom configurations, etc. I had given them another chance recently and it’s the same story.
Their TV’s are great, but they just don’t really care about you, their bread and butter. The bloatware that comes with it is pretty terrible too. It was easier to just buy a new copy of windows Vista and overwrite all their trialware than it was to remove it all (which you never fully will).
I’m done with them, there are plenty of good alternatives..
